Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.

Customers may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery if:

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The wrong product has been delivered.
• The product is spoiled or unfit for consumption upon delivery.

To initiate a return request, customers must provide:

• Order Number or Invoice
• Proof of Purchase
• Clear photographs or videos showing the issue

Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
• Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer.
• Gift Cards (if applicable).
• Promotional or discounted sale items.
• Products returned without proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

• The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

We only replace products if they are:

• Damaged during shipping.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery along with photographs and order details.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. In such cases, the Return & Refund Policy will apply.

Shipping Charges

• Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• For defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, replacement shipping may be arranged by MOMS MAKHANA.
